RPCapabilities

A website that looks better.A website that does more.

We build both. A Signature Website makes your business look as good as the work you do. An Interactive Website adds working tools that help customers see, choose and act before they ever call.

02What it can help people do

Choose what your customers need to do.

Each choice plays a tool we have already designed and built, in one of our concepts, answering the way it would answer your customers.

  1. Signature or Interactive

Make something complicated easy to follow.

    Iron PulseIndustrial automationConcept

    THE LINE

One order followed through a whole distribution facility, stage by stage, so a technical buyer understands the system in a minute.

For your business, it could be

    • A step by step walkthrough of how your service works
    • A visual explanation of a process, system or product
    • Service pages that answer what people ask on the phone
Start with this: Understand what we do
  2. Signature or Interactive

Look as established as the work you do.

    Maison ArchLuxury real estateConcept

    Featured residence

One residence presented the way its architect would tell it: approach, material, light, view.

For your business, it could be

    • A premium presentation of your work, your space or your people
    • Photography, type and pacing that match what you charge
    • Your credentials and best work where visitors look first
Start with this: Trust us at first sight
  3. Interactive Website

Let customers see the result, or try it, before they buy.

    NorthlineHome exteriorsConcept

    Vision Studio

A homeowner uploads a photo of their own house and Vision Studio generates it in new materials, before anyone quotes the job.

For your business, it could be

    • A visualizer for a home, a room, a product or a finish
    • A before and after of what a project could become
    • An interactive presentation of a place, a product or a brand
Start with this: See or experience the result
  4. Interactive Website

Put the options side by side so the choice gets easier.

    Iron PulseIndustrial automationConcept

    ORBIT configurations

Three configurations of the same machine. Each choice rebuilds the 3D model and moves the comparison beside it.

For your business, it could be

    • A comparison of your packages, products or service levels
    • Options that change the picture and the details together
    • A plain answer to “what’s the difference?”
Start with this: Compare their options
  5. Interactive Website

Match each customer to the right option, place or person.

    Maison ArchLuxury real estateConcept

    Property Discovery

Market, price, bedrooms and style narrow seven residences to the ones that fit what the buyer needs.

For your business, it could be

    • A finder for the right provider, location or service
    • Matching by need, preference or availability
    • A large catalog narrowed to what fits, in seconds
Start with this: Find the right match
  6. Interactive Website

Turn a few answers into a result made for them.

    LumaAestheticsConcept

    Treatment Concierge

A concern, a focus area and a priority become a treatment path written for that person, carried into the consultation request.

For your business, it could be

    • A personal plan, routine or recommendation
    • Results written around what the customer told you
    • A starting point they bring to the first conversation
Start with this: Get a personalized result
  7. Interactive Website

Answer “what will it cost?” before the first call.

    NorthlineHome exteriorsConcept

    Project Planner

Each choice updates the planning range, the time on site and what the assessment will check, then the file goes to the contractor.

For your business, it could be

    • A planning range by size, scope or package
    • A quote builder for custom or made to order work
    • Starting ranges that set honest expectations
Start with this: Get a price or estimate
  8. Signature or Interactive

Make the next step take seconds, not a phone call.

    Forge & FadeBarbershopConcept

    Booking ticket

Service, barber, day and time on one ticket. The summary fills in as each choice is made, and the button wakes up.

For your business, it could be

    • Booking a service, a person and a time in one step
    • Reservations ready for the booking tool you already use
    • Detailed requests that arrive with scope and timing

A standard contact form is part of every Signature Website. Connecting a booking tool moves a Signature project up the range.

Start with this: Request, book or reserve
  9. Custom scope

Give customers a place that’s theirs.

    Apex MotorworksAuto serviceClosest built proof

    Digital inspection

Each driver opens their own vehicle report: what the technician found, system by system, before approving any work.

We haven’t published a full customer portal concept yet. This is the same idea at a smaller scale: information that belongs to one customer.

For your business, it could be

    • A portal for project status, documents or appointments
    • Results, reports or recommendations for one customer
    • Saved choices and history they can come back to
Start with this: Access their account or portal
  10. Custom scope

Build what your business needs, even if it fits no normal category.

    OBSIDIANDesign retailConcept

    Object in Focus

A real object modeled and lit live in the browser. Its form, material and specification respond as the visitor explores it.

For your business, it could be

    • Describe what your customer should be able to do
    • We work out how it should work and what it takes
    • You get a fixed quote before any work begins
Start with this: Something more custom

03Signature Website

“I need a much better website.”

For businesses whose work is better than their website.

Customers trust you at first sight and know exactly what to do next.

Most small business websites look like everyone else’s and say less than the owner would on the phone. A Signature Website presents your business with the care of a much larger company, and makes the next step obvious.

It starts from one of our proven design foundations, the design system and layout of a concept we built, and is tailored to your brand, services and customers. You get the polish of custom design without paying to invent it from zero.

Investment
From $1,000 Most projects $1,000 to $2,500.
Timeline
Typically 1 to 4 weeks. Counted from when we receive what the build needs.

  2. 02A business website of about 3 to 5 straightforward pages

  4. 04A standard contact form
  5. 05Responsive on every screen, with baseline accessibility and technical SEO
  6. 06Launch on your own domain
  7. 07One revision round, then final polish
  8. 0830 days of fixes after launch

What moves it up the range

  • Substantial copywriting
  • Heavier restructuring
  • Image sourcing
  • More pages or sections
  • A booking connection
  • Unusual features

Not part of a Signature Website

  • Custom interactive tools (that’s Interactive)
  • Online stores
  • Logo or brand identity design
  • Photo shoots
  • Ad or SEO campaigns
  • Ongoing changes after the 30 days, which are quoted on request

Foundations, shown in the concepts we built them for

Your site keeps the craft and takes on your brand. A foundation is the design system and layout, not the concept’s custom tools.

04Interactive Website

“I want my website to actually do something.”

For businesses that want their website to do more than explain.

Your website can respond to what customers tell it.

That is the difference, and why it costs more. An Interactive Website takes what a customer tells it and gives back something useful, the way your best salesperson would. Animation alone doesn’t count. Every tool is built on a Signature level website, so it looks the part too.

Timeline
Typically 2 to 6 weeks. Counted from when we have what the build needs: your content, the information the tools run on and any required account access.
Ongoing costs
Ongoing services such as booking tools, paid imagery or AI usage stay in your own accounts.

  2. $4,000 to $7,500An advanced toolA configurator, a visualizer, or a multistep intake connected to your CRM.
  3. $7,500+Tools working togetherSeveral tools that share what the customer tells them.

What sets the price

  • How many tools
  • How deep the logic goes
  • How much product or option data
  • Connections to booking, payments or a CRM
  • 3D or visualization
  • AI features, which carry running costs
  • Data you want to edit yourself

05Custom scope

Not every useful website fits a category.

If you can describe what your customers should be able to do, that’s enough to start. We’ll work out how it should work, what it takes and what it costs.

For example

  • Help patients find the right provider by need, insurance and location
  • Give clients a portal for their project, documents and next steps
  • Match each visitor to the right product, property or plan
  • Show customers their own results, history or recommendations
  • Turn a service that’s hard to explain into something people can explore

In your words

Tell us what you imagine. It doesn’t have to be fully figured out.
